With over 60 years combined experience, servicing Sydney, Illawarra and NSW, Simply Strata offers both an assisted Executive Strata Management service to Owners Corporations, as well as full management services for residential and commercial properties.

HISTORY

Lee Kirkpatrick is the owner/operator of Simply Strata based in the Southern Highlands, NSW. Lee has over 10 years para legal experience coupled with 15 years in Strata Management. After years of assisting many strata owners with the management of their properties and understanding the wide array of issues that occur, Lee became passionate about finding a better way for assisting strata owners with a management solution that addressed their issues affordably.

In 2008, Lee established Simply Strata. It’s aim is to provide assisted Strata Management to Owners Corporations where expenses and levies could be reduced and management control could be regained. Simply Strata provides Owners Corporations with back-end support and Strata Management expertise. Our team is on hand when and where needed. Lee believes many existing Strata properties will benefit greatly from this option.

Simply Strata also provides Full Management Strata when requested. Simply Strata is available for residential and commercial properties management.

To give back control to Owners Corporations by providing the best Executive Strata Management option for strata buildings within NSW.

VISION

Our focus is to protect your Strata. We make it possible for the Owners Corporation to take control of day to day management, expenses and keep levies at a minimum through our Executive Management Service.

To ensure your building complies with all the necessary legislative requirements, is adequately insured and has a sufficient buffer available in your sinking fund to meet future capital expenses. Keeping levies to a minimum whilst providing the Owners Corporation the ability to part-manage their Body Corporate.

Lee is the Simply Strata Licensee. She has extensive strata management experience. She has a para legal background, was Marketing Manager for a medium Strata Management Agency – expanding its business three fold. She also holds a Doctorate in Vet Science specialising in Equine.

Frank Kirkpatrick

Strata Manager

Frank has 35 years specialising in commercial law, property and strata management. He is also a keen tango dancer!

Ian Eastley

Building & Property Maintenance Control

Ian is practical, down to earth and gets things done. A background in trades, Ian has extensive experience in property maintenance and advises on qualifications required for specialist jobs.
